The short answer is, yes.  The 2018 farm bill made the growing, processing, extracting, and transporting of hemp legal on the federal level.  Hemp was removed from the controlled substance list, and each state is responsible for the regulation of pilot programs and hemp production.


THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the principal psychoactive cannabiniod found in cannabis plants.  THC is the ingredient that gives you a "high".

How do I use the oil tinctures?

Most commonly people will take 1ml placing it under the tongue and hold it there for 1 minute. You can then swallow the oil. Adjust dosage depending on your body's response. For best results use daily.
